Our Mission

The rapid growth of the Chinese economy is reflected in the number of new job opportunities.
We are helping foreigners establish companies in China, gain employment and travel visas, offer relocation services and so on. We are expanding our operations and offering educational services to schools, universities and training centers throughout China.

ilaowai Educational Services department was created with a simple goal in mind: we want to help teachers find suitable teaching positions within Chinese schools.
On the other hand, we want to work closely with schools in China to improve the education standard in their institutions by hiring professionals who are capable of doing a great job teaching Chinese students.
We also feel very strongly that to create lasting relationships with teachers and schools we need to go beyond just recruiting; therefore, we have decided to offer training to all our teachers throughout the duration of their stay with ilaowai in China.
We will train them to be TEFL / TESOL certified and give them on the job training to enable them to tackle any teaching related situation.
